"FEP has been an absolute highlight in my career to date at Randstad, a perfect combination of formal learning and practical or experiential learning and has directly impacted my day-to-day role. I found that I was implementing practical solutions following each and every module with my team that has made a real difference to the way we work. Being part of a regional program and the opportunity to network with peers and senior leaders across APAC has meant I have made connections that I know I will continue to use that will benefit my clients, business and my own career progression. I have genuinely grown as a leader and individual as a result of this program and encourage anyone who is given the opportunity to participate. Thank you for the opportunity!"
