The skills I learned provided me with a platform to move into a new role and re-locate countries. Throughout the program, my confidence and capability in business leadership grew. FEP equipped me with the tools needed to support my people leadership and business decision-making." Katharine Swan - country manager - Randstad New Zealand (FEP APAC) "The program triggered me into seeing things in a new light. Even before we moved into the final module, I could see my interactions with colleagues changing; as I had become more confident. I now have a deeper understanding of who I am as a person, a leader and a future Executive. You could say my "north star" is now much clearer." Seth Radke - national director, business concepts development - Randstad Japan (FEP APAC) "For me participating in FEP was an exciting journey. It almost felt like a mini MBA, getting more knowledge in leadership, strategy, finance and digital. It gave me the opportunity to learn and connect with inspirational people in the program, and as well, access to information and working with some of the best business schools in Europe. As well, the internal network you build with your colleagues will last far beyond this program. There is a pre-FEP and post-FEP Farah; I feel more empowered and I'm involving these new skills and behaviors into my daily work.
