This regional corporate talent development program is being organized by the Frits Goldschmeding Academy for participants from the APAC and European regions, to build a future senior management talent pipeline. 

The dynamic and interactive learning journey concentrates on relevant management and leadership skills training as well as sharing knowledge through action learning. The program aims to build common frameworks about Randstad basics and to improve personal and professional development/leadership skills to eventually build a future senior management talent pipeline.

After completion of the program, participants will:

  • understand the changing business environment of major clients and the change in customer demands

the program The complete learning journey is approximately 12 months in duration. The learning journey is organized around the four building blocks of the Randstad Group Strategy: strong concepts, best people, excellence in execution and superior brands. The learning methods will include interactive lectures, case studies, business games, individual and group assignments. Everything that participants learn and develop in knowledge, insights, skills and abilities will directly be applied in real-life cases by working on a special individual project where all issues can be integrated over the ten months of the program.

The program in APAC has been developed by the Frits Goldschmeding Academy in cooperation with TIAS school for business and society in The Netherlands and Singapore Management University in Asia Pacific. In Europe, the program has been developed in cooperation with TIAS, NOVA and Vlerick.

The academic director of the program is Filip Caeldries, faculty at TIAS School for Business and Society. He facilitates the learning journey together with faculty from SMU and NOVA & Vlerick.

Program costs: € 15,000 (50% operating company and 50% Frits Goldschmeding Academy)

Accommodation & meeting costs: approximately € 1,750 per module (100% operating company)

Travel costs: to be arranged and paid by the operating company

If notice of cancellation is received within two months of the session, tuition will be due in full. Operating companies are entitled to replace candidates taking the enrollment requirements into account and allowing sufficient pre-course preparation time.
