This program is intended for managers on levels 1, 2, or 3 that have a sales leadership role. The sales leader together with two direct reports, who also have a sales leader role, participate together. This team of three is responsible for cascading the key learning, the sales strategy, and the sales approach in their operating company. As the program is in English, a good command of both written and spoken English is required.

the program This dynamic and interactive 8-month learning journey will kick-off in March 2021 in collaboration with The Thrive. Concentrating on commercial leadership impact and results, by focusing on current business challenges in your opco, and the relevant sales leadership impact to overcome them. The sales leadership learning journey provides the participating managers with a strong business foundation and enables them to act more effectively and efficiently in today’s business environment. This program is unique as participants join in teams of 3. The sales leader together with 2 direct reports, who also have a sales leader role, participate together. This team is responsible for cascading the key learnings, strategy, and approach in their operating company. Everything that participants learn and develop in knowledge, insights, skills, and abilities will directly be applied in real-life cases by working on a special team project where all issues can be integrated.

Erik Hoekstra and Boudewijn Roubroeks will facilitate this development program, both founders of The Thrive. They have been facilitating this program since the first edition in 2009, and are also involved in several other sales programs within Randstad and in the implementation of the Total Talent Architecture program.

Program costs: € 4,000 (50% operating company & 50% Randstad Holding) per participant


enrollment

For this program a team should always be nominated, existing of a manager and his/her two direct reports. Please enroll the group three participants via the enrollment form. Note that the enrollment is not final until this has been confirmed by the Frits Goldschmeding Academy. If notice of cancellation is received within two months of the session, tuition will be due in full. Operating companies are entitled to replace candidates taking the enrollment requirements into account and allowing sufficient pre-course preparation time.
