speak to inspire - high performance communication and presentation

This learning journey is designed to provide participants with key tools and techniques to increase their competence and confidence as a speaker in live settings where outstanding communication is crucial to success. High Performance Communication is achieved by cultivating the three elements – Content, Delivery, and State – that enable you to transcend ordinary ways of speaking and move and inspire people.

You will build upon skills and knowledge you already possess – and discover greater levels of potential in your ability not only to inform but also to communicate with the strength of true leadership. Participants learn how to create influence with an emphasis on dynamic dialogue. Making content memorably “sticky” is the emphasis in this program: how to transform complex ideas into a clear, compelling narrative that is both memorable and full of impact. Drawing upon neuro-linguistics, storytelling skills from theater, and new technology for sourcing creativity, participants learn how to use language and PowerPoint to speak to the emotional as well as intellectual needs of the listener in order to influence and mobilize.


This learning journey is intended for middle management of all operating companies; regional director, district manager, equivalents and above. Enrollment is subject to approval by the candidate’s manager. As the program is given in English, a good command of both spoken and written English is essential.


After completion of the program, participants will be able to:

the program This three-day in-person session will be an intensive interactive workshop focusing on the practices and challenges required to move audience to action and to produce a real change in the listener. It involves practical exercises and feedback from the facilitator and other participants. Participants will learn how to prepare for a presentation, structure the content and how to ensure deliver the presentation by bringing authentic presence to the platform and engage the audience through expressive delivery. The program also focuses on how to make the most effective use of PowerPoint by practitioner and receiving personal feedback from the facilitators. Participants will also learn the principles of courageous conversations and how to create a personal vision statement.

teaching staff

The program will be facilitated by Stand & Deliver. Combining techniques and best practices from theater, sports, psychology, and business the facilitator will provide a secure setting to be open, curious and daring. He will provide personalized hands-on coaching to every participant. Peer-to-peer dialogue, feedback, and shared best practices further enhance a dynamic learning environment.
