finance for randstad business leaders
general

The Finance for Randstad Business Leaders learning journey is specially designed for non-financial managers who need an understanding of financial principles, which are being used at the Randstad Group, in order to control and steer the business better. A company’s operations and finances are integrally connected. Finance is the scorecard of business. It translates our company’s HR services activities into a set of objective numbers that provide information about our performance, challenges and prospects. Finance involves the interpretation of numbers for assessing performance and planning future actions. Managers who possess these skills are able to improve and execute strategies and anticipate the financial consequences of their actions. Purely monitoring and trying to optimize profitability, particularly during an economic turndown, is not enough. The purpose of this program is to build a common Randstad framework while using the finance current state and future ambition of the Randstad Group from diverse angles.
