This 360-degree facilitation program is designed for Randstad colleagues who want to become certified feedback facilitators for the 360-degree feedback process. The 360-feedback process is a tool for individual development, for colleagues to get to know themselves better, to see how their leadership behavior is perceived by others and how they can create a healthy climate within their own team / organization in order to become a more effective leader.

The process consists of three questionnaires:

• Randstad Competency Questionnaire

• Inventory of Leadership Styles (ILS)

• Organizational Climate Survey (OCS)

The 360-feedback tool can be utilized individually and is also part of the following training programs: SEP, Developing & Coaching People and Inspirational Leadership.

The overall objective of this learning journey is to prepare HR professionals to be able to help Randstad colleagues, who went through a personal 360-degree feedback process, understand the outcomes of the feedback and to help them set goals for strengthening their leadership ability and techniques.


benefits

After completion of the program, participants will be able to:
  • help participants of the 360-degree feedback process to analyze and fully understand the received written reports and summarized data.
  • guide participants in terms of defining an action plan for their individual development plan.


the program The complete learning journey is 4-6 months in duration.

Preparation: participants will complete the 360-degree feedback process themselves. This is done through completion of the 3 questionnaires and verbatim comments and through an individual feedback session on the outcomes. E-learning will also be part of the preparation, to introduce the framework of the Inventory of Leadership Styles and Organizational Climate.

In-person session: This two-day session will be an intensive workshop focusing on the issues and challenges related to giving feedback in terms of the 360-degree process. During the first day, the ILS and OCS will be explained, with time to practice and fully understand the instrument. During the second day, the Leadership2020 competencies will be introduced, with time to practice with the complete 360 tool; integrating competencies, Styles and Climate. The role of facilitating the feedback within the own organization will also be part of the workshop.

The program has been developed by the Frits Goldschmeding Academy in cooperation with Korn Ferry in The Netherlands. The program is facilitated by Korn Ferry together with The Talent Lane.

The Talent Lane was founded in 2010 by two former Hay Group / Korn Ferry colleagues and is dedicated to helping individuals, teams and organizations understand and integrate secure based leadership at all levels. They fulfill their mission through coaching, training, education and consulting, focused on strengthening personal insights, effective leadership behavior and system awareness.

teaching staff

As co-founder of The Talent Lane, Anne-Marijn Coelingh Bennink works as an executive coach and consultant for (senior) managers / executives. She consults a wide range of national and international companies and has extensive experience working with clients in the area of developing people and organizations. Anne-Marijn has worked as a manager within the Randstad organization prior to her work as a consultant and has been a facilitator for the 360-program within Randstad from the start.

Program costs: € 2,000 (50% operating company & 50% Randstad Holding)

Accommodation & meeting costs: € 500 (100% operating company)

Travel costs: to be arranged and paid by operating company

If notice of cancellation is received within two months of the session, tuition will be due in full. Operating companies are entitled to replace candidates taking the enrollment requirements into account and allowing sufficient pre-course preparation time (including the 360-degree feedback process).
